excellent design, comfortable and sleek. did not get the free wireless charging because of limited supply. The head tracking feature lags in centering the sound quite a bit after 5 seconds even after recalibration.

Great with one nuance

I really love the headphones: the sound, the fit. The only missing thing is compatibility with Siri. It does not announce the messages and calls which makes them not 100% universal. If there is a way to improve this via SW updates, it will be great.

Hard to hear during cycling

Much better than expected but I do feel some discomfort after a while. Could be because I also wear glasses or the shape of my ears. But I can wear them for a few hours before it becomes a bit unbearable

I was desperately trying to find open ear headphones to use in the gym that would drown out background noise and music. These are the ones. Worth every penny. Comfortable during all workouts, no matter what position. Highly recommend.

Great product needs a lot of improvement on sound and the new accessory

Good morning, team. I will endeavor to provide honest and constructive feedback to help develop a superior product. The sound volume is somewhat low when noise cancellation is engaged, and in practice, background noise remains audible at the gym while the music volume is quite low. Additionally, the new attachment is excessively loose and detaches from the earbud with ease. Other than that, I have several of your products, and I love them all.

Battery last for about 3-4 hours of continuous use even when it is fully charged, have to charge it more than Open Fit 2
