Doesn't stay on ear during workout

Very disappointed with this purchase, the right ear piece sound muffled and they don't stay on when I go for jogs in the morning. Regret this purchase, it makes me mad that I wasted a lot of money on this.

To keep its music sound clear and prevent it from being muffled, make sure the earbud is rotated to point directly toward your ear canal rather than sitting flat against your temple. As it has an open-ear design, moisture or sweat can occasionally settle over the speaker grille during an intense workout; if the sound starts to fade, give the earbuds a quick, gentle wipe with a dry towel. Additionally, you can adjust its EQ settings, which lets you customize the treble and bass to your perfect listening preference. You may contact our customer support for further assistance.

Good headphones…but

Headphone battery life is great as well as the charging case battery life is also great although the headphones tend to go out of place so I would have to give them only three stars because the whole point of these headphones are to stay in my ear and I'm having a lot of difficulty with them not popping out of position while I'm running and or walking around and doing work stuff Sound quality and the volume is great but like I said before The headphones coming out of the ear constantly is a big pain But

To wear them correctly, place the earbud in your outer ear and then rotate the hook up and over the back of your ear. Adjust the hook until it sits comfortably and stays in place when you move. lousy volume control

I bought about 3 weeks ago. I have now several different pairs of jbl ear buds. Unfortunately I am disappointed in this pair. I bought them to wear while cutting my grass to help drown out the noise from the engine. The volume on these earbuds doesn't help in the least. With the volume all the way up on my devise and all the way up on the earbuds, you still cannot hear the music playing. I've got several other pair of earbuds from jbl that have a much better sound.

Fit is off but otherwise great!

The sounds is great! The fit is a bit off and it takes a lot of wiggling to get them to feel secure. That said, they haven’t fallen off during a run yet. And I have a good awareness of my surroundings with the open ear design. The Bluetooth connectivity is great and I can leave my phone in a room across my house and still get music. Audio and mic work well on calls, too.

Loud volume with your surroundings still present

They have a secure fit that hooks around your ear and doesn’t come loose. The sound profile can be changed as-well as the control buttons on the earbuds through the app. They have a great battery life with the case supporting all day use with quick charging. Overall I would recommend for those who want great audio quality while still hearing what’s going on around you.

Total ear comfort.

They are so much less bothersome to wear for long periods of time because they don’t sit inside your ear canal and feel lightweight on your ears. When outside I tend to wear just one earbud but can wear both of these and still hear my surroundings well enough. The only downside is that the case is a bit slippery.

The sound quality is amazing, crystal clear with deep bass for the tunes that get you moving. Sound is not lost, even with the open ear design! You get that JBL sound, while maintaining spatial awareness with the background noise. These headphones are IP68 water/dust proof, so no need to worry about sweating during heavy workouts. That battery life is exceptional, with all-day use and the headphones charger in the case.
