I bought this ring along with the matching case about a month ago. I loved using the ring for propping up my phone until it got looser and looser and now it won’t hold my phone up at all. Very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I didn't know that I needed to purchase a separate magnetic ring in order for this product to work on my phone (Samsung Galaxy). The ring itself seems sturdy and good quality. Excited to use it once I get the magnet!
