Directions need to be included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Directions need to be included. If the chain is placed on bottom of phone, you need to remove it to charge phone. If you put it on the left side, the volume buttons do not work. Where exactly is it supposed to be placed?

No way to charge phone with this on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s cute, but it’s so inconvenient to have to take the whole case off every time to charge my phone. This blocks the plug. If I would’ve known this I wouldn’t have bought it.
