Not humidifying after only two months of use. Reached out over 10 days ago for warranty replacement and crickets.

Stopped working after ONE MONTH

For the amount of money that I spent on this humidifier I at least expected to get a few years out of it. Nope, 31 days to be exact. I used to fill the tank multiple times a day and now the pump stopped working and drawing water, the filters are dry as a bone so clearly it has not been humidifying anything. Also the mood lighting stopped working all together. I tried to use the AI chat and keep getting "I do not have the information to answer your question". I have tried cleaning it, restarting it, and resetting it to factory settings.....nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
