Pump not working?

My Dreamwell worked flawlessly for two weeks. Now it will not take up water. The fan runs but no water evaporates. Checked the "air dry" wick buttons. Unplugged unit and plugged back in. Checked to make sure pins were aligned...all the things you point out in the troubleshooting. Still nothing. Unit is approximately two weeks old. Really bummed. Any suggestions on what to do next? It's winter in Minnesota and I need that moisture! ;-)

A great humidifier

I have been loving this humidifier! The design is beautiful and intuitive, and its so quiet I can’t even hear it at night. I bought one for my baby’s room and one for my partner and I. I can tell it makes a difference in the humidity of the air, and I breathe better because of it. My skin is also happier as well!

I purchased the Dream Well humidifier bundle for grandkids and they have noticed a big difference in their skin and can't believe how quiet it is and ease of use. I would highly recommend these for every room in the house.

I have not had to clean these machines yet but the set up is quite easy. I have found they work wonderfully! We turn on about 3 hours before we go to bed and then we fill up the water and place it on low overnight. Keeping the door closed to allow the room to moisturize we have noticed deeper sleep probably because we can breathe better.

Not Making Difference

I am still waking up with a stuffy nose.. The app is stuck at 64° with 48% humidity. The purifier itself tells me it’s 53% even though it is set at 50%. My room temp has varied from 68° to 62° but it’s 64° all night & day. It’s on & something is happening I just don’t know what. Why bother pretending to have precise measurements when it is questionable what it’s doing? It says it can’t connect by bluetooth yet I can turn it off & on by bluetooth. Annoying. But my stuffed up nose is what gets nme.
