Cannot Keep Up

I am a huge fan of Blueair's InvisibleMist humidifier. My apartment is heated by radiators in a cold climate, so the air is painfully dry. The Invisiblemist humidifier I have is wonderful at raising the humidity in my living room, truly I have to refill it multiple times a day because of how much moisture it is able to put in the air. However, the DreamWell humidifier I got for my bedroom simply cannot keep up. My DreamWell is going on the highest setting right next to me, and the humidity in the room is only 20%. Not great at all. Maybe it works in settings that aren't as severely dry, but if you live in a super dry climate or apartment, I would not get this model.

Beautiful humidifier with a loud fan

I really like this humidifier, it looks great, keeps our bedroom at my desired humidity setting, easy to clean and refill. However, the fan on low is surprisingly loud. At night when it’s running it almost sounds like an idling truck outside, which is quite disappointing.

Good in concept but some issues

I find this humidifier just "OK", especially for the price. It seems the auto-humidity does not work properly as it consistently reads my room humidity at 50%+ which is just not accurate as it's winter in Wisconsin and heat always running in the house with no other humidifiers. I have a kitchen humidistat for breadmaking which consistently reads the same room's humidity level about 20% lower. Interestingly the temperature reading is also off (reading too cold), so maybe that is affecting it's ability to sense the humidity level. I reached out to Blueair about this and after lots of back and forth they replaced the unit but I'm having the same problem with the replacement. So essentially I cannot use the auto-humidity feature. But I can use the manual mode (fan speed 1, 2 , 3 or night) and it seems to work well with that. I really like the feature where you can just refill it so easily by adding water right to the top. This humidifier is so/so in terms of ability to keep it clean. I clean it weekly and wash the wick as recommended but still find it can get smelly pretty quickly (in between weekly washings). So in summary, I really like the design and top-fill feature, but have some issues with auto-humidity functionality and cleaning requirements.

Works like a dream.

Had a bit of a problem connecting to my phone (could have been brain fog due to illness). Brain alert, connection made. Although not quiet, it is a good level for white noise.

Great minus the mold smell

The design and the functionality works as expected. The biggest and main issue I have is that no matter how often I clean it (every few days) thoroughly based off the cleaning instructions it ALWAYS reeks like mold. I’d advise not purchasing unless you want a room smelling like old damp socks. I’ve tried everything the instructions state and the filter still massively smells like mold

Pump not working?

My Dreamwell worked flawlessly for two weeks. Now it will not take up water. The fan runs but no water evaporates. Checked the "air dry" wick buttons. Unplugged unit and plugged back in. Checked to make sure pins were aligned...all the things you point out in the troubleshooting. Still nothing. Unit is approximately two weeks old. Really bummed. Any suggestions on what to do next? It's winter in Minnesota and I need that moisture! ;-)

A great humidifier

I have been loving this humidifier! The design is beautiful and intuitive, and its so quiet I can’t even hear it at night. I bought one for my baby’s room and one for my partner and I. I can tell it makes a difference in the humidity of the air, and I breathe better because of it. My skin is also happier as well!
