A great humidifier

I have been loving this humidifier! The design is beautiful and intuitive, and its so quiet I can’t even hear it at night. I bought one for my baby’s room and one for my partner and I. I can tell it makes a difference in the humidity of the air, and I breathe better because of it. My skin is also happier as well!

Pump not working?

My Dreamwell worked flawlessly for two weeks. Now it will not take up water. The fan runs but no water evaporates. Checked the "air dry" wick buttons. Unplugged unit and plugged back in. Checked to make sure pins were aligned...all the things you point out in the troubleshooting. Still nothing. Unit is approximately two weeks old. Really bummed. Any suggestions on what to do next? It's winter in Minnesota and I need that moisture! ;-)

Great minus the mold smell

The design and the functionality works as expected. The biggest and main issue I have is that no matter how often I clean it (every few days) thoroughly based off the cleaning instructions it ALWAYS reeks like mold. I’d advise not purchasing unless you want a room smelling like old damp socks. I’ve tried everything the instructions state and the filter still massively smells like mold

Can't keep up with ultrasonic humidifier

This humidifier is great looking but doesn't humidify well. I've had it running full blast in a 150 square foot room with the door closed for 24 hours and the humidity has barely gotten over 25%. Find a good looking ultrasonic and save some cash.

Great Features and Function

I bought the DreamWell 1 Gallon Humidifer in Coastal Beige when we learned the water in our area we were using in our ultrasonic unit was creating other health issues because of the high mineral content. We switched to this unit, and within a couple of days, the humidity improved, and the breathing issues resolved. The wick in the DeeamWell captures the larger particles, preventing them from being dispersed. The unit is easy to assemble and easy to clean. It’s great that the filter is washable and can be put into a washing machine. The features and ability to monitor and adjust through the BlueAir app are great. I’ve never had a humidifier this easy to maintain. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a well built, easy to operate, easy to maintain humidifier. I’ll like buy the larger version for our primary living area.

Works as intended

The product is made of good quality materials. The design is simple, and neutral. The menu on top of it makes it perfect to a floor installation. You can easily move this equipment around.The water level indicatif is good. At the beggining I was not sure if it was full or empty, but now i l know. The water capacity is just good. I need to refill all the time, as I’m using with maximum power.The mobile application make it easy to use, specially night and day programming.The humidity indicator has a low radius. It might indicate the humidity around the equipment correctly, but it does not indicate the room humidity. For example , right now it indicates 53% of humidity but my Dyson air purifier and my HomePod both indicates 42%. So you really need to target a higher humidity to get what you want in the room.It’s important to know the higher the air temperature is the lower will be the humidity will be, for the same amount of water in the air... so it fluctuates a lot if you have large bays exposed to the sun.The product is very good as it keeps the humidity in my apartment around 40-45 % exposed to the sun the whole day with 900 sq

Not quite as advertised

Only had this unit two weeks. I disassembled washed the wick and the storage basin. Put back together. Now the light is blinking. The wick is dry, like the pump is not picking up. I have done all of the troubleshooting. I am waiting for support to get back to me. I noticed right away that it did not disperse moisture like I was hoping. The wick is small and I think the pump is weak. If I had not got rid of the box. It would be on its way back. Dan.
