Not a great product. The connection is really bad. It takes a lot of time to print (30 pages takes aprox. 15 minutes)

The ink tank concept is excellent, and the product meets the usual high HP standards. The only thing that I don't like is the paper feeding system manually. It only takes a few pages at a time, so you must keep an eye on it and consider how many pages are loaded before a big print job.

I Bought a smart tank5107 last month and it has been a struggle to use it. It did not work with the laptop I had planned to use it with because the drivers I needed were unavailable although I was able to access the scan drivers but no print. I managed to get it to print with my tablet but only single sheets,,,,not printing on both sides of the sheet. I have taken a small break away recently so maybe on return I will again try and get it to work,
