Trouble with water dispenser and ice maker

Like a lot about the refrigerator, but the ice maker doesn’t seem to make much ice, and the water dispenser has frozen over on us twice and no longer dispenses water.

Everything went well and appliance was delivered on time. The packaging was heavy duty so there was no damage in shipping. Refrigerator looks great and high quality.
