Unbelievable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I met Jacques a few months ago at a breakfast spot in Las Vegas. I was there eating breakfast by myself when Jacques walked up and sat next to me. Jacques immediately started a conversation with me on the most friendliest way. He then asked where I was from and what I did for work, the typical conversation. After a short time of us having a conversation he asked, "who do you love and who would you like to make happy?". To me it was a weird question for a stranger to ask. I said, "excuse me! What do you mean!?" He repeated, "who would you like to make happy?". I said my mom and sister. He said, "I'm going to send them all new appliances." He said, "you have great energy and I can tell that you're a good man." I said thank you. I then continued to eat my breakfast while Jacques continued to talk. When we were done we exchanged numbers and I thought that would be the end of it. Long story short, a month later my family received a brand new refrigerator and stove from Jacques. Everything was delivered to their home in Chicago. You never know who you're going to meet. Treat everyone with kindness. Jacques was definitely a blessing. Thank you very much!

second replacement as both non working

I purchased through Lowes July8 2026.Many delivery announcements did not receive until late august .They did not install ice maker hose nor did they leave it which I paid extra for.The fridge never cooled even after all trouble shooting options.More than. month later a replacement refrigerator came .They left it I wanted them to wait for at least the fridge to get cool.So here we are with a fridge that again does not cool.Lowes is aware but I do believe you have a bad run on your fridges of this model.I can't be that unlucky...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
