Beautiful fridge and I like the side by side freezer/fridge layout. It was quite hard to find a side-by-side fridge without a built-in water/ice feature. I did not want or need those features because they often malfunction in my past fridges. The Salerno worked perfect. I like the smaller size and the sleek look. Could not be happier

Great but Part for the Door Handles is Missing

So far I'm loving my Salerno model refrigerator: it's gorgeous and working well. However, I wasn't able to install the doors because it looks like their built-in screws are missing. Hopefully, this will get resolved quickly and painlessly. But as of right now, I have a Forno refrigerator without door handles.

I decided to add an additional shelve to this very good refrigerator. I contacted Tania at the support phone number. She provided me with the part number and the price. The additional shelve arrived 5 days after I purchased it online. It fit perfectly. Very good customer support. Thanks Tania

I cannot level this refrigerator! The back wheels do not adjust. My floor is level. I had to place shims beneath the rear wheels to level the unit.

Overall we think this is a good side by side fridge. Haven't had any issue until recently when we noticed a chemical odor coming from it that has gotten more noticeable even when we haven't opened the doors in a while. Awaiting to hear from a rep who can explain if whether this is the result of a faulty component part. Will update the review upon a resolution.

The refrigerator looks even better in person than online. It is very sleek. The manual could be revised with more details i.e. hold the word lock for 3 seconds instead of saying hold the lock button. This causedme to try unlocking the temperature settings for a few minutes until I tried holding the actual work "Lock".
