Ice Maker Not Working

Purchased a home with brand new Forno appliance suite. Ice maker worked initially, and ice tray has not successfully refilled since first batch of ice. Change filter indicator has come on approximately 1 month after moving in.

Fridge water and ice maker does not work.

I purchased this fridge and due to our home being under renovations, I did not get to use it until a few months after purchase. When the waterline was connected...the fridge was fine for a week. After that the fridge on its own would have water pouring out of the water dispenser and at times...if the button was on ice...then the fridge through out the day would spit out loads of ice. We had to deal with this happening overnight as well and wake up to a flood on our kitchen floor. We need help!

This refrigerator is aesthetically pleasing, looks great in our kitchen. We are unhappy because upon delivery, the ice maker and water do not work, despite being hooked up properly. We are working on getting it repaired, but it's a frustrating process. Especially since we have only owned it for 20 days and it hasn't worked since day 1. Hopefully they repair it today.
