very hard to get in touch with service department-have to send videos and emails and then don't get an email back. can't get anyone on the phone

Fridge portions works, Freezer very cold

Fridge portion working great first month. Freezer regardless of temp set seems to stay very cold and freezes ice cream into a rock. Ice maker works well but does not shut off automatically, need to manage manually once tray is full.
