Im a landscaper and think these headphones aren’t as loud as I thought they were gonna be. They bump but not loud enough.

Thanks for your sharing your experience with our JBL Endurance Peak 4. To get the best sound, we recommend ensuring a tight seal in your ear canal by angling the earbud slightly downward and gently twisting it into place. Please experiment with all the provided eartip sizes to find the best fit. If the issue persists, try testing the headphones with a completely different phone or tablet. You can also reset them by tapping both earbuds three times, making sure to hold the third tap for 5 seconds, before placing them back into the charging case and trying again. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.
I’ve had ear surgery as a young teen. Ear space is different from left to right and most floating buds just don’t work. I’ve lost 3 left ear buds, so the wrap around is my only option if I don’t want to loose one every week. Don’t even feel it fall out. Sounds is great. Just unpacked them and not even made a call yet but previous reviews say they can run outside and no one know.
I've had these for a few months. I use them instead of plugging into my phone to listen to my sleep app. The sound is great battery lasts really well. I am charging just because I'm going on trip and in case I can't sleep I want to make sure they are ready to go. I do love them and I love that they fit in my ear as I have a very small opening and and earjacks fall out of my ear, even the smallest ones. I got the purple so I can find them easily and if anyone wears them I'll know right away.
I bought this product because I liked the Peak 2 product. In comparison, the fit around and inside the ear is good. The product feels snug, comfortable an secure. I miss the "open to turn on" feature on the old earbuds. Also the sound adjustment and forward skipping (when playing music) features on the earbuds don't function as well as the Peak 2 product. Otherwise a very serviceable set of earbuds
I bought these to replace my Apple AirPods, I wanted something with better water/dust proofing and resistance. I liked the way they fit and the bass/sound when playing music was great, but this is not something for phone calls whatsoever. When on the phone, the person on the line could hear everything in the environment around me (wind, birds, etc) and could barely hear me.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We recommend connecting the earbuds to a different device to see if the phone call quality issue persists. If the problem continues, please perform a reset: tap either the left or right earbud three times, holding the third tap for 5 seconds. I bought these as a belated birthday present for myself, and I'm really enjoying them! The sound quality is very nice and the noise-cancelling works well. The battery life of the case and the headphones is great, I only have to charge the case every few days, with daily use of the headphones.
