Every bit of functionality and sleek portability is worth the compromise it needs to make in terms of size. Looking forward to the possibly of purchasing new buttons and other mods. Also, dreaming of an app that allows button mapping customization (not every game has keybinds unfortunately).

Bringing the Dream To Life

I've long hoped for a mobile controller that folds up in such a way to protect the buttons and sticks but still has the form factor reminiscent of an Xbox controller. The MCON is pretty darn close to the dream I had, and I'm really glad it's real now! The recessed thumbsticks are going to take some getting used to, but the grips, buttons, and triggers are all that I hoped for. 10/10 would recommend!

Since I backed it, saw the updates, the progress. After finally getting my hands on it, I just can't get my jaw off the floor. It's quality is undescribable, how it feels int eh hands, the addictiveness of the button to launch the back stand up to reveal the controller ((send help it's bad! I can't stop!)) even playing with it for a few games is just.. amazing. And this was with some experimentation with steam link and some mobile game. And this is coming from someone who's very picky about their controllers. You will not be disappointed. It's worth every penny.

Swiss Army knife of controllers

Fun to use controller finally have other controller I can use with my switch 2,IPhone and maybe Pc.Having some issues with the Bluetooth modes seeing multiple Mcon III or whatever number and have to try to reconnect controller to phone if I connected to my PC. The switch mode works great kind of confusing which the instructions for that word in the manual from the box. hope a software update can fix the Bluetooth thing.

I’ve been following this controller since it was just an idea on Kickstarter, and I can honestly say the wait was 100% worth it. The build quality, design, and overall feel exceeded my expectations. It’s easily the best mobile controller I’ve used, and I’m already wishing I could get my hands on the transparent version.Huge shoutout to the team for the hard work and attention to detail. This product really shows the passion behind it. I’d recommend it to anyone serious about mobile gaming. I actually threw away my Backbone controller the moment the MCON arrived 😂

It’s like we just got a brand new console!

My 6 year old son and I LOVE this controller. I feel genuine excitement to play games on the phone. And bonus, it is a PERFECT parent’s emergency button to keep your kid busy with a game outside the home. Hours of SpongeBob platforming on the Apple Arcade wasn’t on our bingo card for the holidays but I love it and you can’t argue with fun!

I like this controller, but there’s a couple of things I would change for me to LOVE IT, I would say move the home button to the top middle of the controller because I constantly would keep pressing it on accident when I would rest my hand on the right side of the controller and another complaint I got is the sticks being too close, I prefer playing on an Xbox controller and this configuration of the controller just feels so off to me and is the MAIN reason why I don’t like using it at times, please change the sticks position, I would say move the left stick to the top right and the D-pad to the bottom left, like an Xbox controller and that would be a PERFECT!
