The unit is good but the fan has starting making noise. First time dealing with Forno, so I can’t judge on the service at the moment as I am waiting on a reply.

So far no problems

The first was delayed and damaged. The second just delayed. It is not easy to see the labels in the black and dark interior. The subtle blue lights don’t illuminate much. (My previous cooler had a white interior and interior lighting when door was opened). The bottles rattle noisily when the shelf is slid out. It holds a lot, and looks great.

The desing and features are great and very modern. But the parts quality specialy the handles and drawer rails are very poor.
Next time I would save a bit more money and buy a better qaulity product.
