[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros/Cons: I had two LG's delivered with dents and the third delivered didn't cool properly, the refrigerator temp ranged from 42 to 50, and wasn't in a defrost cycle, the outer door stayed at 47. So, this Whirlpool was spot on, 37 in fridge, 37 in deli drawer, and 2 degrees in freezer. However, when delivered, the "door ajar" light stayed on. I found the freezer door sensor wasn't working so had to remove the outer door and right hinge mount, reconnected the door sensor, and that seemed to work. Also, the left refrigerator door does not stay open like the right side. Something is wrong with the hinge/cam where it doesn't raise/lower the door so it stays fixed while you get what you need out of the fridge. I have a service call for next week. Ok, the cooling, organization, accessibility, and capacity for a counter depth are just fine...as is the upper and lower ice makers. The top crushed ice is a bit spotty, some don't get crushed, is messy, and can even bind the motor, but we don't really use this function. Overall, we like the fridge once they get the left door cam replaced/fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the accessibility and organization of foods. The slide out drawer for beverages is great.
Access to ice and water is easy. The ability to have one compartment for refrigerated foods or frozen is a plus. The bottom freezer is easy to put food into and having a second ice maker that you can turn off when full is very convenient.

Some good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prep & store area is a waste of shelf space. I've ordered a new bin to replace it. The doors don't stay in place, you have to open them wide open or they will hit you in the back. Cools well, ice tends to melt fast.

Love the style

One thing I do not like about the fridge is the loud sound when a water turns on I assume to fill the ice makers? I don’t really know what it is doing. I do like there are two ice makers.
