I rarely write reviews, frankly because I'm a product professional and I expect the best and rarely find it. I have a rule that I never want to pay full retail for anything because I know what product costs to make and I understand retail math and again, rarely see the value in most products. This product is DIFFERENT. I paid full retail and would do it again tomorrow. This bag is so well designed. It is durable, stands up, yet is flexible. Every pocket is very well thought out in terms of size, closure, location and reinforcement. Just amazing. I've been carrying a bag for over 30 years and have been disappointed with nearly every brand. Thule crushed this bag. If you're on the fence, just buy. it. You'll be blown away.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I love it best laptop bag I’ve ever had. Quality is outstanding, lots of different spaces to organize all of your stuff. I find it quite comfortable to carry it around even when it’s on the heavier side. Definitely recommend

Mountains to Manhattan for business. Needed durability and functionality. Only thing I would change is padding on shoulder strap. It needs to be a bit more “grippy” to avoid slipping off shoulder.

So far very happy with the bag, it’s clearly made very well! Prior to purchasing, I was on the fence about the front-top small zipper pouch that is designed for glasses. I had no plans to keep glasses in there and felt it may be a wasted space and not used but I keep a small portable mouse in there and some flash drives perfectly.
The only thing I would like to see different is a slight amount more grip on the inside of the shoulder strap pad as it can slip a bit. This isn’t a complaint, I’m very happy with the bag and glad that I bought it; this is just in the “would be nice” category.
I definitely recommend!
