I’m having difficulty in getting the drawer in particular to go below a temp of 52 degrees even tho I have the thermostat set at 35 degrees.

Hard to get help

I just bought this product in July. Since day 1 the product will not cool to 34 degrees in the bottom drawer like it should. It beeps 5 beeps every 2 minutes and 11 seconds and is driving me crazy. I paid a lot and expected it to work from day 1

Buzzing-Beeping

The cooler looks great but it is making a buzzing/beeping sound - 5 beeps every two minutes. Help!!

A buzzing sound from your wine cooler can be normal, especially if it’s coming from the magnetic or solenoid valve switching between zones, or from a thermoelectric cooling system. However, the beeping you mentioned—5 beeps every two minutes—usually signals an alert or error. Please ensure the door is fully closed and that the unit has proper ventilation.
