To help manage your wireless audio connection and eliminate signal interference between your components, we recommend performing a complete power cycle by unplugging both the soundbar and the subwoofer for two minutes before restarting them to refresh the pairing cycle. It is also beneficial to position the subwoofer closer to the main bar, ensuring there are no large metal objects or active dual-band Wi-Fi routers directly between them that could disrupt the wireless audio link.
