Our DeLongi espresso machine flashed red buttons and quit. We needed to do the yearly descale. I bought the kit listed online. It arrived quickly and well packaged (no leaking product). We followed the directions online for our model and had fresh cappuccinos within the hour. (Read your machine’s instructions carefully, there is an extra product in this kit you may not need).
We love our coffee maker—actually a Wolf built-in made by DeLonghi. While not too complicated the descaling steps and diagrams could be made easier to follow—especially for those doing their first descale
I’m disappointed that the descaler solution had opened and leaked out before shipping. Bummer.

Tis is great to have. As long as you keep the machine clean it serves you well for a long time. My Magnifica S is 7 years old and has not missed a day of making me a perfect cappuccino.
Have not tried the products yet, but they arrived damaged, and it looks like they have leaked but nothing was wet. A little strange. Also, there were supposed to be hard water test strips in the kit, but there were not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
