Buyer Beware. The cooktop is very difficult to clean, even following their recommendations. When the oven is in use, the entire cook top, control panel, even the front trim around the oven handle gets hot. So much wasted energy. I wish there were lights indicating which burner was hot as opposed to one red "hot" word that doesn't identify which burner is hot. The oven does preheat quickly and the airfry from frozen is nice. I like the various sizes of burners and the warmer burner feature. However to set an oven time delay you have to install an app and do it from your phone. I have yet to figure it out. Be very aware of what features are important to you and do more research.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Aside from cookware, it is important not to put other products on or near the cooktop surface. Great features and classy look

I am happy with my new stove it works great has great, helpful, features i.e. it has a hidden lower element with removable pan that makes clean up so much easier, the convection and air fry work greath, the oven light comes on when the oven door is opened.

Glass top stained after 1 use .. from water.

So far it works well however I am disappointed that after the very first time using the range, the top has a stain that will not come out.
Boiling water that spilled over has left what seems to be a permanent large mark and stain. If I had known this to be the case, I would not have purchased.

We want to help you clean the residue from your cooktop. Stains left after a boil-over can be removed using a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive cleaning pad once the surface has completely cooled. For tougher stains, a ceramic cooktop scraper designed for glass surfaces can also help remove mineral residue or baked-on deposits without damaging the finish. Good features but issues with smooth cooktop.

The range is great with the hidden element, removable pan at the bottom, air fry works great and have to familiarize myself with convection cooking to try it. It did not get a manual with it, so had to download off the internet. Easy to clean and use controls and good capacity for my use. I owned my previous GE Profile range for almost 23 years without any issues with the smooth cooktop. I am using the same cookware, and already there are noticeable damage marks on cooktop. It is not as well made as the previous one. I am very disappointed and plan on contacting GE about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't keep clean look

I purchased this stove 1 month ago. First thing I noticed is so hard to clean the glasstop. My previous one was much easier and looks clean after the cleaning. But this stove, even though I clean hard, something glares under the glass. Looks ugly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
