HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND NO REPLACEMENTS

1/2 of the electric panel stopped working after 4 years, entire panel stopped worked at 5 years - and now they don't make the replacement part - can't locate it anywhere to replace. Tried calling the company and they will not confirm if they make it or send the part to me to replace - never buy from this company.

We love our Sharp drawer microwave. The drawer opens and closes very smoothly without any spills and the microwave sits flush and blends in beautifully with our island cabinet doors. The sensor functionality is very helpful and it heats the food just right.

My microwave drawer works great!

It was hard to find a replacement for my microwave drawer due to custom cabinetry. The Sharp microwave drawer is a perfect fit and has all the features I wanted. Really appreciate the defrost options as well as the warmer option. Great product!!

My fancy microwave

The microwave drawer was good option for us with limited space in the kitchen and we could use the counter space for other stuff. It looks better organized than having it sit on the counter and looking more organized and modern in the kitchen. The microwave drawer is more spacious than the traditional microwave which is a good thing. So far I am satisfied with the purchase.
