I have been buying these for years, the quality is not very poor and the price went up. They used to be soft and now they are plastic-y.

Disappointed in changes made in quality

I have purchased Vanity napkins for years. I have continued as a customer because of the quality of the product. Today I opened a package of napkins that I just bought and was shocked at how cheap they look. The napkins paper is extremely thin and the design is barely visible. If this is the new quality of your product, you have lost a long-standing customer.

I do not recommend this particular product, I have been buying everyday napkins 2 ply, for over 15 years and there are NOT 2 ply.

Your product has changed - there is no longer a “finish” on your Everyday napkins and the 2 ply separates easily into 2 thin pieces of paper. Very disappointing.

What has happened to the quality and softness?

I have used only these napkins in my home for years. This last package I purchased are such a disappointment! So thin, ply’s come apart while using and are not the same quality!
I would pay more to have the old quality back for availability to purchase. Is this the quality we are going to have for purchase in the future?

Quality is not the same

I have been buying Vanity Fair napkins for as long as I can remember. The reason being the quality has always been better than most. Lately, I’ve noticed something has changed. They are not the same quality I’m used to getting from Vanity Fair. The paper is flimsy and thinner, almost transparent and they are difficult to open. At this point, I don’t think I can recommend buying this product, which is unfortunate.

Shrinkflation Hitting Hard.

Used to love these napkins because we didn't have to go through napkin after napkin during mealtimes to keep our hands, fingers or mouth clean. Now we go through multiple napkins because they crumble, stick to our fingers, and make a mess. They are as thin as kleenex, with exception that kleenex are stronger and don't crumble. It's really frustrating given that we are paying same price or more for lower quality. Its like shrinkflation but with the quality being the thing that has shrunk.
