I made my last purchase of Vanity Fair everyday napkins about 3 weeks ago and the quality was similar to the cheap tissue paper napkins sold everywhere...don't know why you made the decision to lower the quality of this product but you have just lost this customer

What happened to the everyday quality

Vanity fair napkins have been my go to napkins for so many years but you have left the door open for change due to the MAJOR quality change to the negative your new napkins have taken. They are much thinner and not as decorative. A sad day.

Poor Quality

My mom has been using your napkins for about 30 years (at least) and I have been using them for about 10. I have always been impressed by the quality of your napkins until the last couple of packaged. They are no longer soft and absorbent. They’re scratchy and thinner. What have you done?? I’m so disappointed and will probably stop purchasing these if you don’t go back to the old formula. Please let me know!

I have used Vanity Fair Everyday Napkins for many years. I am so disappointed in your company for reducing the size of the napkins and folding them off center so they still fit in the same packaging. You should be ashamed. It’s sneaky and dishonest!

Vanity Fair lowers quality of Everyday Napkins!

We have been using Vanity Fair Everyday Napkins exclusively for more than ten years. Recently, the quality of this product has drastically changed. It was immediately apparent as soon as I opened the package we just purchased. The napkins are thin, flimsy, see-thru and cheap quality. The quality is not at all like they have been. Very disappointing, and surprising that Vanity Fair would lower their standards and overall quality to, obviously, increase profits.

I have bought Vanity Fair napkins for years. I noticed the last one I bought are smaller than the ones I had bought before! And the price of the napkins have gone up!!
I guess it's like a 5 lb. bag of sugar went to 4 lb. bag, and the price went up!!

New stronger fabrication

I have used and loved all your Vanity Fair napkins for as long as I can remember, and I’ll be 75 next month! The hallmark of your napkins is what I would call affordable luxury. Now that you’ve created the new stronger napkins, they no longer feel luxurious. In fact, they feel more like paper towels then the soft and strong previous iteration. Please, bring back the luxury!
