What a disappointment.

I've used Vanity Fair napkins for years and loved them. My last purchase, however, revealed that the product had been cheapened. Rather than being soft, they're now rough and coarse. I noticed that the product is now labeled as "Everyday" but unfortunately I will no longer be using them. Very sad.
If anyone knows a way to obtain the old version...or can suggest a brand that is similar to the older product, I'd love to know about it.

Always use this brand. My last 2 packs are so thin. So thin the 2 layers separate and won't stay together. Your new cheap product is horrible.

Disappointing Experience

I have purchased this product for many years as an “upgrade” to other offerings. But lately the construction of the napkins has changed and they seem flimsy and come apart. It seems something has changed that has degraded the product.

We bought these thinking they were the same thing we’ve always bought, but they are so thin. They’re good for blowing your nose. I will never ever buy these again.

Terrible

I've been purchasing these napkins for many year. The quality was great and worth the price. However, my latest purchase of these napkins is very disappointing. The price is up and the quality is drastically reduced. They are paper thin like something you would buy in a dollar store. I won't be buying these anymore. Sad.

I have been buying Vanity Fair napkins for many years. The last several months the quality of the napkin has deteriorated. I have tried to wait it out with hopes this problem will be taken care of but I have given up. I will start looking for another brand of napkins. I have had it with having trouble with opening napkin and more times than not the napkin separates and it feels useless. There is a problem, I hope you fix it before others give up on your product.

They’ve changed the quality of these napkins

I have purchased these for years since they were not “cheap” and thin like the others. Unfortunately with the newest package I bought, they are very noticeably thinner. Like toilet paper. Disappointed and will look for a different brand. What a shame. Had a good product and had to cut corners just like everyone else.
