The edges on the every day napkins are nit smooth. There are ragged edges and not cut ckean

I used these napkins for years but found I liked the absorbent napkins much better. The quality of the Every Day napkins has gone down.

I have used your Everyday napkins for years like 30 + years. The napkins use to be sturdy the new ones are flimsy. They are a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Please improve them.

What happened to the soft quality of the past

We have purchased your Vanity Fair napkins for over 30 years. Something with our last purchase changed dramatically. The soft quality is missing. I could be using a pine cone , they are much thinner and of a coarse feel. I miss the quality.

Shame on you for now making the Everyday Napkins of inferior quality. I've been buying this brand for years because it was a good quality napkin. This last package is not your usual good quality napkin. I guess it's intended for us to buy the higher priced product in the Vanity Fair line. Sad how companies are all doing this to their customers.

We have been buying your everyday napkins for years and were shocked by how you have lowered the quality to no better then tissue paper. They are at best 1 ply. Will be looking for another brand to use.

Totally disappointed

I have used these napkins for years and always appreciated the quality. The last package I bought (and perhaps the last package I will buy) is so cheap. They are not absorbant and you can actually hear them as you crumple them as though you are crumbling a piece of copier paper. So disappointing.
