Great, but a few limitations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this marker primarily in my greenhouse for marking plastic pots. It also says it works great on cement, PVC, wood, and other materials. I did not have any use on these materials so cannot speak to it’s usability and performance there. However, while doing my plantings the conditions were damp. I’ve used other permanent markers in the past for labeling. This one did perform well, but not as well as I hoped. It did a better job than the standard permanent marker in damp conditions, but did not fully write without fading some. I did like the fine tip as it was precise in its application. I also liked that the marker was not round and hence did not roll away easily. It was way to grip and handle. It does have an odor, kind of like the smell of black licorice, but isn’t overly toxic smelling. I used it in a pretty well ventilated enclosure so I’m unsure on the smell in a small space. Overall not too bad of a product and would use over a standard permanent marker for my purposes.

Work great on plastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these to mark product packaging prior to labeling and they work just as expected. The ink doesn't smear off like regular Sharpies (which can cause serious problems when you're trying to differentiate unlabeled products!). I really like the shape of the barrel, it makes it easy to grasp with work gloves on. Overall excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpies never fail and this is a great marker to have as a facilities worker. It marks perfectly and no signs of wear and tear on the tip of the pen. Sharpie is king of markers and I expect nothing less.

This is the best sharpie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sharpie! It's so much stronger and longer lasting than the regular type. I used these for shipping and putting the names on the packing and with these the names doesn't smear off! They work on every surface I've tested them on. But these, buy all of them and never look back!

Useful in multiple environments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpie's have always treated me well and this was no different. I travel for work and live in communal environments where labeling our items, food, etc, is a must. This works on wet surfaces, dusty ones, and everything in between. The clip is handy too so that I don't lose it. Would recommend for anyone in less than ideal conditions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharpie® PRO Permanent Marker, with black ink, is a handy marker to have in the house. You can always find something that you can use a Sharpie on. The cap has a clip on it, so it'll be handy if you'd otherwise need to lay it down. I'd recommend.

Versatile markers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharpie® PRO Permanent Markers, Fine Point, Black/Gray Barrel, Black Ink are great markers to use around the house and in the shop since they will write on wet, oilly, and in dusty environments. My wife uses these in the kitchen for marking canning jar lids and plastic freezer bags. I use them in the shop to mark lumber for cutting, etc. Sharpie wins again.

Wonderful markers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Permanent ink marks on wet, oily, and dusty surfaces, durable too stands up to wear and tear with the rigged grip which helps better control what you are writing. It also comes with a lanyard clip on the top of the cap for easy access. I have used it on several different surfaces and so far it hasn't disappointed, and the fine point makes it easier to use in small areas.
