A couple of weeks ago I was purchasing some things from Staples. I like Staples :) I thought "why not get a few boxes of tissues" - as I just had 24 hours of allergies using up a lot of tissues. Please keep in mind I have no particular brand loyalty for tissues. I just choose one of many familiar brands including store brands - and usually choosing a lower price point or an on sale brand. Anyway when purchasing online a suggestion window popped up with the Perk brand - which I was not familiar with but it was a bit cheaper and said "Ultra Soft" so I thought - "OK. I'll try them I'm sure they will be fine" (I'm really not that picky about stuff). So a few days later allergies flared so I opened a box and gave them a try. Not what I expected - at all. They are like the facial tissue version of commercial toilet paper/toilet tissue that you would find in an office restroom. Hard to describe but they have a flat smooth non-textured non-soft surface. They don't feel absorptive or particularly soft (let alone "Ultra Soft"). Will I continue to use them until they are finished? Yes of course. Will I buy them again? No. I'm used to a soft tissue and soft tissues are readily available even if they are a few cents more per box. I should mention these were purchased for home use. Maybe for office use when someone needs an occasional tissue they would be OK? Your call. Good luck.
