Won't come out of box

These are supposed to pull up and out of the box - similar to a Kleenex box but they just don't work. I ripped so many tissues trying to 'get it started'. I finally just cut off the top of the box for easier access. Would not buy these again.

I really cannot discern any difference in quality between Perk and that name brand we've known for YEARS! The price is competitive so that's no problem. When it's possible I like to support the "little guy" who doesn't spend a fortune on hype to advance his bottom line - but that's just me :-)
