the scent was changed with no warning

I bought original tide as I have for many years and could not understand why my laundry smelled so bad. We never buy anything scented, we are all very sensitive to scents. When I contacted Tide I was told you did not change the scent on original. Now you are are saying you did. My daughter even noticed this with the pods. How can we trust your product if you say you have not changed the scent and then say you did? I'm not sure I can go back to Tide.

The scent was upgraded in April 2019 going from a light, clean, herbal scent to a slightly warmer, rich scent with hints of wood. Tide is a great product

With three boys it always gets the job done. It is a great product.
Tide packaging looks much more dull than it did a few years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

TIDE ORIGINAL

I am not at all pleased with the fragrance of this original product. The performance is fine but the fragrance is that of an inexpensive perfume - off putting to say the least.

New smell is terrible!

The new smell makes me feel sick! It reminds me of febreeze. It’s terrible! I’ve used tide my whole life but will need to switch unless I can find enough old bottles. Please change it back!

Awful smell

I have been using Tide Original for 20 years and I just purchased a new bottle as I was out and the fragrance of the Original scent has changed without notifying the consumer. The fragrance smells cheap like Gain and it gives me an awful headache. I want my money back. This stinks sooo bad. Like cheap perfume. I do not want to smell like I threw a bottle of drugstore perfume on my clothes. Change it back please

Wow! :(

I have used original tide forever (despite the outrageous price) because I am highly allergic to other brands. After the formula was revamped, it now causes awful hives on me. Thanks tide for the warning! (Said with sarcasm) hope you plan to reimburse me for the bottles I purchased as well as doctor visits trying to clear the hives caused by this change (don’t worry, I’ve only had the hives for 8 weeks) would have greatly appreciated a warning that the formula changed
