Disappointed in the wet pads.

I am a first time user and I am disappointed. I bought the starter kit that came with the stick, 2 heavy duty pads, 1 regular wet pad and a dusting pad. I have a new house with Luxury Vinyl flooring, I thought this would be perfect to clean them. What I was so disappointed in was that the pad only stayed wet and cleaning well for a very small part of my floor, like a 10 foot long by 4 foot wide area. When I went from there into my kitchen it was hardly wet or cleaning. At the start of the mopping it was great, but ended not so great. It happened with the heavy duty pads and the regular wet pads. I would expect it to stay wet enough to clean a small hallway and small kitchen. I am not sure if I will continue to buy these pads.

We'd like to mention that while our Wet cloths are designed to dry fast, one cloth should have enough solution to clean about 57 square feet. I won’t be buying the lavender scent in the future

Hate them! Hard to put on, and dust clumps even after sweeping first!

Heavy duty wet pads unsatisfactory

I bought the Heavy Duty Wet Pad refills for the first time, put one on the handle and base I always use, and the problem began. I can go forward with the Swiffer fine, but pulling it back towards me is a major problem. The heavy duty pads stick to the floor, the base flips up in the air, the corners of the pads pull out of the grips, and what used to be an easy chore has become a major hassle. Do the Heavy Duty wet pads require a different handle to work correctly?

These cloths are intended to be used with our Swiffer Sweeper, and we suggest making sure that enough material has been securely tucked into each of the grippers. The newly purchased wet refills are too dry. Very poor quality control.
