[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we used this product it worked great, but it was not useful to protect brick b/c it didn't stick to it. The next time I used it was on a newly painted (but dry) wall. When I pulled it off, it took the paint off too. The problem is I believe that it is not clear from the product directions that there are different types of painter's tape. In our case, I should of used the orange, not the blue painters tape.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape to help control lines on several basketballs that I was decorating for coaches at the high school with the school logo. The tape stuck (despite the shape and texture of the ball) allowing the paint to dry and not bleed. The finished product is now in the school trophy case.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it when painting my sons room and it did its job, no bleeding nor mess. I was impressed.....what a wonderful product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who ever built my house was in love with Crown molding so imagine all the prep to paint my house. Thanks to Scotch Brand Painters Tape made the job a lot less stressful and a great clean look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Scotch blue to paint a faux log cabin on my husbands portable elk cabin he designed. Over a period of 3 days, I painted base coat, accent colors and detail and when it was removed it was perfect in every detail! So, scotch blue is for outside too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use this tape for painting due to it's excellent ability to seal out paint leaks. i also use it for my sewing projects because it is easy to remove from fabric and does not leave a sticky residue. i used it last on my kitchen pastry board to outline a set dimension needed for my baked goods to be rolled out on. and this was just a few of the projects in the last month.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product when changing my boy's room into Toy Story blue and green The paint didn't bleed and the lines where perfect. When I have company the first thing they would ask was how I did it? So I just started leaving the tape in the room to should how it was done. Thanks for a great product...
