It's a Clock!

After requesting a clock for 5 months to display in my classroom I finally broke down and bought one. The price was reasonable.

Conditional love

The first clock shipped didn't work. Poor quality control and/or inspection by the manufacturer. Staples on the other hand maintained its excellent record on customer service by replacing it immediately and without charge of any kind. The second clock has been working perfectly for the two weeks I've owned it. I really like the fact that this unit is silent. Other analog clocks I've owned have had a loud second-hand TICK...TICK which intruded into my concentration. What a relief that this one (so far) does not. So bottom line I recommend this product strongly -- as long as you don't mind the possibility that you may need to order a free replacement. When it works it works really well. When it doesn't just call Staples. They'll take care of everything.

I purchased 10 of these clocks...yes 10! Guess what? NONE of them worked. I had to go to the store twice to return them..and then had to go to another store to buy one that worked. I don't believe I will be purchasing anything that is a Staples brand again.

Clock didn't work

The clock's second hand was not "strong" enough to make it past the number 10. Therefore clock was never able to keep time. Multiple batteries were tried...no success. Return was extremely easy though.

Good price but I prefer not to advertise for Staples in our reception area. Wish I'd noticed the Staples logo on the face before I purchased.
