The Mat was delivered so greasy and dirty and full of shoe marks that it took a half hour of cleaning so I could use it. A special handling fee was charged at time of purchase so I assumed it would be packaged so as to be clean and ready to use. I contacted Staples regarding this and never received a reply. After I got the mat clean enough to use it is servicing my purpose.

Unfortunately the product is failing as the mat under wheel pressure leaves a "divot" impression in the mat and makes it difficult to move the chair. The thickness to prevent this issue needs to be at least twice as think. not a good product.

Very poor quality- chair wheels are making indentations in the chair mat and as a result my chair does not move smoothly over the mat. It is not thick enough/strong enough to support my desk chair. I am very disappointed with this product.
