I'm giving this a low rating because the chair that sits on the mat sinks into it. The mat is too thin and leaves dents in it. Sorry.

I only weigh 113 and this mat stays dented where the chair wheels are. During a work day you cannot roll around on the mat. Very disappointed.

This mat stops my chair from grinding my carpet down with the wheels on my desk chair. It is easier to move my chair up to my desk. It is not too big but big enough. It is exactly what I was looking for.
