Manager Customer Service and workers were Excellent. They deserve 10 stars. I recommend this Staples just not this product. Great store. I am returning the mats. Quality is not good and it will not straighten out. I bought the lowest cost chair desk mat so I guess I got what I paid for. Store and service is wonderful!

The chair mat probably needs longer spikes because my carpet is not flat pile. I’ll continue to use it for a few more days but if it continues to shift I may need to return it for another one.

Prior floor matt lasted about 4 years and then just stared falling apart. That one was a replacement per a Lifetime Guarantee. But thought it a bit much to do that again and the new one is a few inches larger in both directions and reasonably priced.

Ad stated it was not particleboard. It’s was. The desktop pre-drilled holes did not line up. I expected the weight to no more that 60lbs. The weight was over 120lbs
