Cracked/broken corner

Item was delivered with a broken corner. Shipping company will take back to staples and deliver a new one. Will bump to 5 star if no hassle getting replacement part.

Won't stay unrolled

This was rolled up with the 'top side' to the inside. So the edges are still not lying flat. It has been more than a week and I've even had weights on the edges. This should have been rolled up with the top to the outside so when using it it would have naturally flattened over time. One of the edges also has a 'ripple' to it due to how it was rolled. Hoping over more time it'll get better.
