I purchased this mat to replace an existing one and it was a good value. It's not high-quality but it's good enough.

Was afraid that when the mat arrived rolled up that it would never lay flat. It didn't take but a few days to lay out.

Not really suitable for commercial non-padded carpets. "no slip" pegs on the bottom are too long for office style carpets. Thus a very lumpy feel while moving a wheeled office chair over the mat.

Bought this mat for the home office. Was looking for smaller dimensions than a standard chair mat and this size fit the bill for the small space. On our dark stained floors this mat blends in very well and is only noticeable upon a second glance.The only drawback is that it slides some despite having an extremely heavy office chair with 5 casters on top of it.I noted the expense as a con. I use it on a carpet without padding and your chair will sink into it and make it hard to move around.
