GOOD MAT

I LIKE THE MAT BUT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WHEN I PLACED IT ON THE FLOOR AND IT WAS SMALLER THAN MY OLD ONE. YOU CAN SEE THE OUTLINE OF MY OLD MAT ON THE CARPET AND THIS MAT FITS INSIDE OF IT.

replacement mat

Looked down at the old mat one day and noticed that it was cracked in addition to having dimples where the casters would roll into when I slid forward. Decided that it was time for a change and since the old one (from Staples) performed well replaced it with a similar mat from Staples. Am also pleased with the new one.

Chair Mat Purchase

I ordered a chair mat on Wed the 19th with delivery scheduled for Fri. the 21st. Well guess what order of a chair mat never arrived. Called Monday the 24th was told shipping address was wrong verified address as correct. They told me it would arrive yet on Monday. At 4p.m. still didn't have order called again. Was told it would be delivered by 5p.m. Never arrived called Tuesday morning the 25th again. Said they were sorry but it would arrive today the 25th. Arrived about noon wasn't in a cardboard carton had several long drag marks cut into vinyl mat that would not polish out. Driver said he was sorry that they have had it in the truck for the past three days and that a new driver was running the route the past few days. Mat was quite dirty hope things go better "IF" I order from them again.

This chair mat is made for carpet but the plastic is not strong enough and there are indentations in the mat after sitting on it in a chair.

Older identical unit became brittle and began to crack and split after a few years of relatively moderate usage.

I was looking for a higher quality pad to replace a pad that I wore out (not from Staples) although it was cheap and I had it for several years. The Staples pad is about the same as the one it replaced but I couldn't find a better one in this size. It is of reasonable quality but very thin and I hope will last as long as the previous one.
