Can't rate a product you never received!

I cannot rate this product because I never received it. My order was "left behind in the warehouse" every day for a week. However I kept getting the run-around about when it would actually be delivered. Promised yet not delivered for over a week. I finally got fed up and canceled the order! Your delivery service when it's through the local store really and truly stinks!!!

The listing clearly says this chair mat has a lip but it does not. I think it's overpriced for what it is.

Won't stay in place

This chair mat has bars and not points to hold it in place. They don't work. The mat won't stay in place.

Carpet is safe

Product works as intended but would not recommend on a thicker carpet. it seems to slip backwards over time and needs re adjusting. After 30 minutes of the chair sitting in place or one position there are indents into the mat which then makes moving the chair forwards or backwards due to being stuck in the rut. I feel the product would work great on a low pile carpet with less padding. My issues may be due to the thickness of the padding and carpet which is allowing for the slippage and indents. I would still recommend this product even with my issues.

The only negative I have is: the mat was taped for shipping and the sticky residue attracts soil and looks nasty. I would recommend the mat to a friend but would caution them to work on the tape residue before walking on it.
