Although I listed my carpet type on ordering the mat is too flexible and after a minute sitting in the same spot the mat has divots from the chair casters. It's too bad I didn't get a stiffer type of mat.

Tape adhesive stuck to surface -- could not remove. Expected a harder surface -- wheels sink into mat. Low pile should say NO pile.

After waiting for many delivery attempts I finally received my Carpet Chair Mat. It is so thin that I cannot roll my chair around on it. My chair "sinks" into the plastic and I have to stand up to push the chair around. Garbage!

Unfortunately my chair does still cause the mat to slip somewhat. The previous mat must have been meant for very thin carpeting so this new mat is an improvement. I had hoped to not have to move it into position at all but I do--about every week. My carpeting would not qualify as thick.

Great product!...my only objection to it is the chair rollers make indentations in it which makes it a bit hard to move around...

I thought this mat was a bit pricey but I wanted a good quality mat. The computer chair that is on this mat gets used daily. Between my husband and I my teenage children and grandchildren who visit every weekend it seems it is always being used. I had it for about 2 to 3 months and it’s just like new. Keeps my carpet from being ruined. I would recommend it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it tends to slowly slip out from where I have it and I need to push it back in place about once a week.
