This product is a great product for out facility. I think that there needs to be an end-tab folder with a middle where you can put paperwork that is required but not needed on a daily base as it is with the notes demographic or insurance information. I have been searching for such an item and once I find it then I will try that. Besides that one this is the only folders we use for patients. Thanks!
These folders are pretty usuable and we like them for our legal office Would like to see a little stronger paper but cost less money. Price Is a little expensive compared to getting another stronger folder and adding two prongs Would like to see price come down or have sales on the folders themselves. We use these files daily along with another type file where we place a prong only on the right hand side in our law office and we are trying to decide which way to go. I would like the built in prongs but attorneys are debating pricing. Help me to help you
These folders are what we use for our patient files. They are nicely constructed. The fasteners are completely inside ( nothing protrudes on the outside of the file) so they don't get hung up when stacked together. There are guidelines on the tab so you know where to put the label stickers and the identifier stickers. My only complaint is that they are a little on the spendy side. Overall though you get your money's worth as they are very durable. I recommend these manila end-tab fastener folders for medical office use.
