Rebate/Free Papaer

A coupon was sent to my email advertising a free ream of Staples Multi-purpose printing paper. When I took the coupon into the store I had to pay full price because the cashier told me it was a rebate. When I got home and went online to the rebate site there was not a rebate for my purchase. Or the cashier did not give me the correct receipt/form to fill out. Staples is about 20 minutes from home for me and not in a location I frequent weekly. Very disappointed in the online coupon/rebate ad!
