Because each sheet is EXACTLY 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches and is not wrinkled it feeds through my printers perfectly. If it were off by even a mere 1/8th of an inch in either direction or if a sheet was wrinkled I would not be confidently able to make that statement. Its also good for children visiting your office to use for origami or for drawing smiley faces.

I USE THIS PAPER ALL THE TIME FOR MY BUSINESS PURPOSES. ONE THINK I PARTICULARLY APPRECIATE IS THE FACT THAT STAPLES PROVIDES REBATES ON THIS PRODUCT AND I CAN OFTEN WALK OUT WITH FREE PAPER IF THE REBATES ARE SUBMITTED. REBATE SUBMISSION ON THE INTERNET IS QUICK AND EASY AND I APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO GET A SMALL CHECK IN THE MAIL INSTEAD OF HAVING TO ALWAYS JUST GET STAPLES BUCKS FOR FUTURE PURCHASES. THIS PAPER FITS THE BILL FOR ALMOST ANY BUSINESS NEED EXCEPT FOR THE OBVIOUS HEAVY DUTY OCCASIONAL PRESENTATION DOCUMENTS.

Great everyday paper

We have been using the staples brnad paper for years. We tried to use another brnad form a mail order catalog but it kept jamming our machines so I went back to Staples. It is nice to know that whenver we place an order for papwe we are always going to be getting the same high standard paper taht is expected. Our office goes through about a ream per week which probably considered a light user but none the less we are a loyal user of this paper. The quality is such that we don't mind including it in sales proposals and client correspondence.

Haven't used yet but where is rebate?

A bargain is not a bargain if (a) you have to request a rebate and (b) it takes forever to get the rebate. It does not matter how good or bad the paper is if you end up overpaying for it. It is taking too long to get the rebate
