appreciate when staples does the instant instore rebate instead of the mail in rebate. both are nice but prefer the instore. not sure about the new rewards system. was not at all happy when i went into the store to purchase an item and found out that all of my past purchases had not been adding up on the old rewards system. unless i missed it i wasn't notified of the new rewards so i was unaware nothing was qualifying. i had purchased quite a few cases of paper in the last three months and none of them qualified.
I purchased two cases of this paper on sale and it was a waste of money. The color of the paper isn't consistent throughout each ream (let alone the case) and in two reams nearly every sheet had a corner folded down which doesn't let the paper feed correctly through the copier. Further I've come across at least 20 sheets with inclusions in the paper - one had a band of plastic running diagonally through the page! Unfortunately I still have a case and a half left. Needless to say I won't be purchasing this paper again.
I like this paper for daily use around the office and you can usually get it for a very reasonable price if you wait for the right coupon or advertisement. It is easy to get unwrapped doesn't get stuck together and it also doesn't jam up the machine. Other store brand boxed paper that I have tried gets all crumpled up or creased very easily and doesn't hold up well in files that are flipped through or reviewed frequently. I would recommend this for anyone that has a lot of drafts or just general office paperwork to print out on a regular basis.
