great paper for everyday printing

I love getting this paper for FREE. I only have to pay for the tax cost of the paper is refunded in a check.

A product to be purchased constantly

Using Staples for our office supplies has always been outstanding. We can always find what we need and if we need help there is always an assoicate to help us. If not in stock we can take advantage of the catalog and have the item shipped to our home. Using the HP products have always been a good value plus the reimbursement of money for turnback of ink cartridges is a big plus. Unfortunately when we purchased our current HP system and your technician came out he admitted he was not as familiar with the product as we would have expected. I believe his name was Chuck and I don't know if he is still employed there. We bought the system from Tom and he has now departed. My recommendation is that the service techs get more training rather than trying to snow the customers with knowledge that is not always accurate.

We use this copy paper at our church and we have been using Staples Copy Paper for several years. We have found it to do the job quiet well. We use a average of one case per week. It copies as well as the more expensive paper.

the paper was a good value. the paper is durable for our use though i may need to look for a heavier weight paper 24# might be better suited when using highlighters on this paper as it tends to bleed through. other than this small issue i find the paper a good value for our office.
