I never received rebate!!

I was told the rebate would appear the 3rd week of August for the price of this paper minus 1 cent. I have received NOTHING and am NOT HAPPY!!

I really like this paper it is very good quality. I am the Publicity Chair for my Neighborhood Association and I have to print off a monthly calendar. The paper is nice and white and I can see the calendar I have prinit off. My mom prints off lots of internet coupons and can see them. The price is really great for this amount of paper I get. The Staples store where I get it has it right as you come in the door on a display right near the check out lanes. So it is easy to grab before going to check out.

Downgrade in Paper Quality

Not sure what has happened with this paper. It used to be our "go-to" brand for the past several years for pricing relative to quality. However in the last 6 months to a year or so the quality has gradually deteriorated. It basically seems like there's less paper in the paper than there used to be. And with our most recent purchase it is significantly worse. Now it comes through our printers/copiers extremely curled and we can't use it for double-sided printing in our copier at all because the curling causes the machine to jam almost every time. And even for single sided copying the curl causes it to jam a lot of times when it gets to the finishing tray. Too bad but we won't be able to buy this paper anymore because of its unreliability issues.
