This product is verry good. No pape jams

I have been using this paper for several years and it works flawlessly. I have had no paper jams or double feeds. I use the 20 weight for almost everything only going to the heavy weight paper for 2 sided color copies. When I am printing black text the paper prints on both sides with out any bleed through and it is as white as the best papers.

This is quality paper at a reasonable price. I've been using this paper for several years in a laser printer copier fax and a second laser printer.

Thin Is NOT Always In

This paper is thin and does not work well with double sided sheets. Good for one sided projects and everyday use.

MANAGER HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL CORDIAL.SHE WAS GIVING HIGHEST PRIORITY FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. SHE WAS AT THE CUSTOMERS' AS SOON AS SHE SMELLS ANY LITTLE PROBLEM WITH HER STAFF. HER INSTANT HELP ATTRACTS THE CUSTOMERS. MANY CUSTOMERS WERE NOT AWARE OF SPECIALS DISCOUNTS REBATES BENEFITS CLEARANCE PRICES. SHE HAS ENSURED THAT CUSTOMERS MUST BE AWARE OF THESE AS SOON AS THEY ARE IN THE STORE.
