It is good quality paper that works very well in any type of printer or copier/scanner. The paper does not stick together and the print quality on the paper is excellent. The paper is durable and does not easily rip or tear. This purchase was an great value for the price that I paid plus I had a coupon and as an additional bonus I also got a rebate on it so the product final price was free. This is one of the best offers that I have seen from Staples and I will continue to shop there many times over. Keep up the good offers to your loyal customers.

I have used the Multipurpose Paper 8 1/2" x 11" 20 lb. 96 US / 109 Euro Bright Bright white paper for a long time. Works great in your laser or inkjet printer Acid free - will not yellow or crumble over time. It was a great deal

Great value alternative to name brands. Quality paper with high brightness. Excellent for small business printing and copying needs. Gives great quality prints and copies. Used in our laser multifunction printer/copier/fax. Paper never jams.

I purchase almost all of my office supplies from Staples. Usually the staff is very customer friendly and helpful. I have seen turnover in staff that I would rather not see as some have taken me under their wing to get to know my small business and it's needs. Although it took several calls with a recent concern about a purchase with Staples from 6/12. I felt that I received the expected service on the third call that I should have received on the first call. I would encourage your employees to think outside of the box. I have found that some of them need the customer to assist in education and not certain that it was taken with an open mind.
