Rebate Issue

Purchase was easy but rebates are a challenge. Still do not have my rebate and when I contacted online help I was told to resubmit the rebate since I made an error with the first one that I submitted. Once submitted again I was sent an email stating they received my rebate request then later I received another email which said I did not qualitfy. I do not understand because it was purchased within the correct dates and requested in plenty of time. Sure wish someone would contact me so I can receive my 37.00 rebate. Thanks

Beware of rebate offers

Even though I purchased the product 2 days before the rebate period ended I got a postcard from EasyRebates saying that the product was purchased outside the rebate period. This is not the first time I have had this experience with Staples but it is the last time I will shop there.

Good Quality Paper for Everyday Use

This paper stands up to single and double sided laser printing with few problems. The quality is similar to more expensive products but at a more attractive price. I have been using it for many years.
